You will learn about the primary rules and regulations that govern best practice behaviour, operations, or compliance within the aesthetics industry, in order to carry out safe treatments in a healthy environment and uphold standards.

Foundation Dermal Filler

You will learn about the reasons why clients seek this treatment, the products used, and positioning and injection techniques to create a more youthful look by injecting into the lips, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. You will complete a practical session under the supervision of a qualified trainer.

Oral Commissure

You will learn about the products, the positioning and injection techniques for the corners of the mouth (nasolabial folds and marionette lines). You will complete a practical session under the supervision of a qualified trainer.

Lip Augmentation and Contour

You will learn about the products, the positioning and injection techniques to create a more youthful look by injecting into the lip area. You will complete a practical session under the supervision of a qualified trainer.

Complications Management

You will learn about the key treatment techniques to avoid complications. You will learn how to quickly identify complications and how to support the client to recover.

Anatomy & Physiology

You will learn about the human body and how treatments are linked to the reasons for treatment, consultations, contraindications, aftercare, equipment techniques and products to safely and effectively carry out an aesthetic treatment.

Client Consultation

You will learn how to carry out a consultation to look deeper into your clients health history which can help you to provide a customised treatment plan, tailored to the contraindications, requirements and expectations in mind. You will complete a practical session under the supervision of a qualified trainer.

How to Administer

You will learn about key products and injection techniques to provide your clients with a safe and effective treatment. You will complete your practical sessions under the supervision of a qualified trainer.

Clinical Protocol

You will learn about clinical best practice behaviours, operations and compliance within the aesthetics industry that will enable you to carry out safe treatments in a healthy environment aligned to rules and regulations.

Health & Safety

First Aid

You will learn basic first aid training that will support your clients to recover in the event of an injury or complication. You will complete your practical sessions under the supervision of a qualified trainer.

Contraindications

You will learn about the key factors that prevent your client from being able to book treatment. This is a key part of the consultation and you will learn how to uphold best practice when carrying out aesthetics treatments.

GDPR

You will learn about GDPR guidelines for the collection and processing of your clients' personal data within the EU and how to ensure you are following best practice when carrying out consultations and treatments.

Precare & Aftercare
