Refund Policy

General Refunds

We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, or have no use for it. Refunds will be provided where required under UK Consumer Law. If our service or product is faulty it may be replaced or refunded.

We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Our procedures and products may not be suitable for everyone. Whilst all due care and skill are exercised, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if a product or treatment is right for you. To help us provide the best service, please complete all consent forms accurately and advise us of any factors that may affect your treatment. We also encourage you to have realistic expectations and work with your therapist on achievable results.

Prepaid Treatments

Prepaid packages have a 12-month expiry (fewer than 10 treatments) or an 18-month expiry (10 or more treatments). If you do not attend, cancel, or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, that treatment will be deducted from your package.

Refunds on prepaid treatments are only available in the event of moving address, and only for unused treatments upon proof of new address. By purchasing prepaid treatments you agree to these terms.

Online Purchases

Treatments purchased online through the Customer Portal are subject to Rejuvenate Clinic & Academy’s conditions of use, privacy policy, and cancellation and refund policy. 24 hours notice is required to cancel an online appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will result in the treatment being forfeited.

Requesting a Refund

Any refund request for treatments purchased in clinic or online must be submitted directly to the clinic in writing. The clinic will review your request and determine whether a refund is applicable. We may use our discretion where treatments purchased cannot be provided to you due to unsuitability.
