Cancellation Policy
We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you simply don’t like it or have no use for it.
- We do not offer refunds for bookings that have been completed.
- If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- If you happen to move house, you may be eligible for a refund on unused treatments upon proof of new address.
- Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with UK Consumer Law. If our service or product is faulty it may be replaced or refunded. We do not refund for change of mind.
- Our procedures and products may not be suitable for everyone. Whilst all due care and skill are exercised, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if a product or treatment is right for you.
- To help us provide the best service, please complete all consent forms accurately and advise us of any factors that may affect your treatment. We encourage you to have realistic expectations and work with your therapist on achievable results.
Prepaid Treatments
- If you have purchased a package and do not show on the day, cancel, or reschedule less than 24 hours prior, your booked treatment will be deducted from your package.
- Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date (fewer than 10 treatments) or an 18-month expiry date (10 or more treatments).
- Refunds on prepaid treatments are only available in the event of moving address, and only on unused treatments.
- By purchasing prepaid treatments you agree to these terms.
Online Purchases
- Treatments purchased online through the Customer Portal are subject to Rejuvenate Clinic & Academy’s conditions of use, privacy policy, and cancellation and refund policy.
- 24 hours notice is required to cancel any online appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will result in the treatment being forfeited.
- Refunds will be provided where required under UK Consumer Law. We do not refund for change of mind.
- We may use our discretion where treatments purchased cannot be provided due to unsuitability (e.g. your skin type is deemed unsuitable for the treatment purchased).
- Any refund request for treatments purchased in clinic or online must be submitted to the clinic in writing. The clinic will review your request and determine whether a refund is applicable.
